    📅 Last week, we organized a 2-day seminar to which we invited all our staff (over 80 people!). A first since MFI’s foundation in 2002! MFI has grown fast and strong in recent years and we felt the need to get together and assess what MFI has become and where we are heading as a company.

    🌈 The seminar was a moment outside of time: an opportunity to take a break from our daily work to get together and think about our activity, our strategy, share our values, our culture... also a great opportunity to all get to know each other better and spend quality time together, outside of the office!

    💫 In a beautiful hotel located in Montauban, we alternated presentations, participative workshops, team building activities and festive moments all aiming at reinforcing team spirit and projecting ourselves, all together, in the exciting future of MFI!
