    🛣️ Our project for the strengthening of the Meteorological Department of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of Kuwait is moving right along! We are currently in the 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 which consists of refining technical and functional expectations, clarifying workflow and services, reviewing the training plan included in the project, etc.

    🧑🏻‍🤝‍🧑🏽The phase started in January and final approval by customer is expected for the month of April. This sequence is the opportunity of many iterations and participative workshops between 𝗗𝗚𝗖𝗔 and 𝗠𝗙𝗜 teams… We make it a point of honour to make the design of our projects 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. We are convinced that this is the essential condition for our clients to take full ownership of their project and for it to be as relevant as possible regarding their expectations.

    🏗️ Alongside design activities, we are also progressing on very practical aspects of the project: for example, we’ve just finished 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, right next to the main building of the Meteorological Department of 𝗗𝗚𝗖𝗔, on the premisses of Kuwait City International Airport. This 315 sqm-office will be a privileged location to gather all participants of the project, especially 𝗠𝗙𝗜, 𝗗𝗚𝗖𝗔, Deerns and SEEDiS’ staffs, and sustain a real project dynamic throughout this Kuwaiti adventure!
